Krithi Weaves ("we", "us", "our") values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse, shop, or get in touch with us, and how we use and protect it.

We only collect what is necessary to run the store, ship your order, and improve your experience — nothing more.

We collect two broad categories of data: information you give us directly, and technical information collected automatically when you interact with the site.

• Details you share: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, and any notes you send via forms or WhatsApp.
• Order details: items purchased, amounts paid, and delivery preferences.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location (city-level).
• Cookies and similar tools: small identifiers used to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure site performance.

We use your information to operate the storefront, fulfil your orders, respond to enquiries, and keep our systems secure. We never sell your data.

• Processing payments and coordinating delivery with our logistics partners.
• Sending order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies.
• With your consent, sharing occasional product updates and collection previews.
• Detecting fraud, enforcing our Terms, and diagnosing issues on the site.

We share data only with the partners we need to run the business — payment processors, logistics providers, email and analytics tools, and legal authorities when required.

Each partner is contractually bound to handle your data with care and to use it only for the purpose we have shared it for.

We keep order and invoicing data for up to seven years to meet Indian tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept only while you are subscribed.

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account closure, except where we are legally required to retain it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also opt out of marketing from every email we send, or by writing to us.

• Email privacy@krithiweaves.com with "Data request" in the subject.
• We reply to verified requests within 30 days.
• If we cannot honour a request (for example, to retain invoices), we will tell you why.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access controls, and reputable third-party providers. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified gateways — we never store your full card details.
