By browsing or placing an order on krithiweaves.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version lives on this page with the last-updated date at the top.

You can browse the store as a guest, but checking out faster and saving addresses requires an account. You agree to keep your login credentials secure and to tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — for example, where a product is mispriced, out of stock, or suspected to be fraudulent. We will notify you and refund any amount debited.

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised.

We ship across India and to a growing list of international destinations. Timelines, charges, and delivery partners are detailed on the Shipping Info page.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, reproduce, or reuse content.

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly and our products consistent, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
